I had the extreme pleasure of meeting Madeleine Doucet in Orlando at SAPPHIRE NOW, she is the VP Business Technology at La Vie En Rose. La Vie En Rose happens to also be a SAP Business Objects customer.

We discussed why she came to SAPPHIRE NOW as well as the path that lead them there as well as the path they are working towards as they begin to think towards the future. With 153 retail stores in Canada and 60 international and eyes on more, the path ahead is clear and now it’s time to see where and how the technology is going to help them achieve their goals.

SAP NetWeaver Gateway enables customers to free up their SAP applications from the confines of the desktop and access them from any environment, tool or device. how to do team based development where a pool of developers will develop mobile application/prototype in Sybase Unwired Workspace installed in their respective laptop but will deploy it in the central SUP server. I am looking for something similar to using NWDS for development and directly deploying to a central SAP WAS.

how is the version management (something similar to using NWDI) done in case multiple developers are working on a same project, something like check-in, check-out
